How to Order?
Start adding your items to cart to start ordering!
Invoice will be e-mail to you after you have made your order.
All the items on this website are on PRE-ORDER ONLY. We place order with our supplier on daily basis. Waiting time is two weeks to three weeks after the payment is verify. Slight delay might occur when there is an out-of-stock item(s) in the order. No urgent request will be entertain.
NO combine of different orders is allow, make your order in ONE SINGLE order.
NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRE!
Payment
Full payment must be made in order for us to confirm your order. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER WITH US.
Payment can be made via Internet Banking/ ATM Transfer/ Credit or Debit Card.
Bank accounts: POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC
For Credit or Debit Card payment, all transaction will be handled by PayPal. However, customers need not need to hold a PayPal account in order to make payment
All credit card/PayPal payment is subject to an additional fee of 4%, payable to PayPal. Order will not be process if FULL PAYMENT is not receive and will result in delay in payment confirmation. We will still deduct the 4% fee from you if you fail to include it in your order. For local orders, please pay by bank transfer so that you will not be charged for the 4% payment fee.
Bank transfer payment is FREE.
For incomplete credit card/PayPal transaction, your order will be voided.
Payment for all orders must be made within TWO DAYS after we send out your invoice.
Local Delivery
Deliveries are done by Normal Mail, Registered Mail or Courier Delivery.
Normal Mail is FREE!
Registered Mail is $2.25 for first 4 items, and FREE WITH PURCHASE OF 5 ITEMS AND ABOVE!
Courier delivery is $8.00 flat rate for purchase of 1 to 9 items and FREE for purchase of 10 items and above!
No meet-up delivery as from 1st March 2012.
All postages or free mail are applicable only for one-time delivery, per order.

Refund/Exchange
Local postage: Within 7 days after we send out your package
Overseas: Within 3 days after receiving your package
We will not be responsible for shipping fee (both ways, us to you and vice versa).
Item MUST BE STILL IN-TAG in order for refund/exchange for defect goods.
For exchange of defective item, exchange will be only for the same item. Not applicable for exchange to item of another design. We will only do refund/exchange only if the item(s) is physically defective and affects the physical appearance of the item.
What's not covered for refund/exchange:
Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), thread fray ends, slight mis-align of seams, wrinkle, minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched. Actual item colour will be true to actual item pictures (not modelled pictures);
Minor stains which could be remove by washing. Smudges and dirt are not covered.
Stains that is smaller than 2cm size.
Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);
Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
